ORANGE CREAM FRUIT SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
1 (16 oz.) peach slices, drained
1 (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained
3 med. bananas, sliced
2 med. apples, chopped
1 (3 1/2 oz.) box vanilla instant pudding
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 of a 6 ounce can (1/3 c.) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 c. dairy sour cream

Chop fruit - set aside. Mix pudding, milk and juice together. Beat in sour cream. Fold into fruit mixture, cover and refrigerate.
