PINEAPPLE WHIPPED CREAM FRUIT
SALAD DRESSING
 
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Blend in bowl: 1/2 c. sugar 1 egg, beaten with mixer 1 c. pineapple juice (or add enough water to make 1 cup) Whipped cream

In saucepan, melt 2 tablespoon butter. Add juice and egg, sugar, flour mixture to butter. Boil until thickened. Cool. 3 tbsp. sugar and 1 tsp. vanilla

Whip until thick. Blend whipped cream with pineapple mixture. Use as topping for Jello, or delicious mixed in fresh fruit salad.
