BEEF TIPS AND RICE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) French onion soup
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) cream of mushroom soup (1/3 salt type)
1 lb. steak (sirloin, flank, round, or etc.)

Mix cream of mushroom and French onion soup in a large bowl.

Cut away fat from steak. Cut steak into 1/2 inch cubes.

Combine soup mix and steak cubes in casserole dish. Cook in preheated 350 degree oven for 3 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
