BEEF TIPS WITH RICE 
2 lb. beef roast
flour
3 c. water
1 pkg. Lipton mushroom onion soup mix
1 can mushroom soup (optional)
cooked rice

Cut beef into small pieces; roll in flour. Slowly brown on all sides. Add water and cook on medium to low heat until beef is tender. Add mushroom onion soup and simmer 30 minutes. Serve over cooked rice.

For more gravy, add 1 can mushroom soup.
