MANWICH 
8 large carrots
2 bunches of celery
10 onions
8 large peppers
40 large tomatoes (peeled and quartered)
1/4 c. salt
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. vinegar

Put all vegetables through food processor to chop (except tomatoes).

Cook all together to consistency (begins to thicken). Makes approximately 20 to 22 pints. Add 1 pint to 1 pound of hamburger (fried) and serve on buns.
