BUTTERSCOTCH OR CHOCOLATE
DESSERT
 
2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. nuts
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 c. powder sugar
1/8 c. milk
2 instant pudding mix with 4 c. milk
enough Cool Whip to cover top

Crust: Mix flour, butter and nuts together.

Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.

Filling: Mix cream cheese, powder sugar and milk. Spread on cooled crust. Mix instant pudding and milk until thick (2 minutes). Pour on top of cream cheese mixture. Add Cool Whip to top off.
