ONE-STEP BISCUITS 
1 c. sour cream
1 egg
2 c. pancake mix
poppy seeds

Combine sour cream and egg in a large mixing bowl; beat until well blended. Add pancake mix; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Drop by spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

Bake at 375°F for 10 to 15 minutes or until golden brown.

Yield: 1 dozen.
