2 lb. ground chuck
6-8 sliced mushrooms
1 egg
1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 lg. can tomato sauce
4 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1/4 c. water
Grated Parmesan cheese

Combine first 6 ingredients. Shape into meat loaf then combine last 3 ingredients. Pour over top. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
