BEEF WITH BROCCOLI 
MARINADE:

2 tsp. cornstarch
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tsp. sherry
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. oil

GRAVY:

4 tsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. water
4 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce

OTHER INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. broccoli, cut sm.
1/4 c. water

Marinate beef 30 to 60 minutes. Cut broccoli into small flowerettes and stem into 1" pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a wok or deep pan until hot. Stir- fry beef until medium rare. Heat 1 tablespoon oil until hot. Stir-fry broccoli 1 minute then add 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer 5 minutes or until stems are tender. Add beef and gravy mixture, cook until sauce thickens.
