MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 to 1 3/4 lbs. ground chuck beef
2 raw eggs
2 wetted slices of bread (or 1 c. dry crumbs)
2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
6 to 8 sliced Spanish olives
Thyme (few shakes)
Garlic powder (couple shakes)
8 oz. can tomato sauce

Mix ingredients together by hand. Shape into a loaf and put into a loaf baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Pour off excess grease. Pour on tomato sauce. Bake 20 minutes more.

NOTE: If chop meat is not room temperature (direct from refrigerator) add at least another 15 minutes to initial bake.
