MEATLOAF WITH MUSHROOMS 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 tbsp. onion flakes, (instant)
2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. French mustard
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom crowns
1/4 c. mushroom liquid or water
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can (small) chopped ripe olives, optional

Mix all ingredients except olives and mushrooms until blended. Place half of mixture in shallow baking pan 9 1/4 x 5. Spread olives and mushrooms evenly over layer. Top with the remaining meat mixture. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
