TURKEY MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground turkey
1 egg white
1/2 c. oat bran
3 tbsp. ketchup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
3 slices onion, minced
2 tbsp. chopped green olives
1 lg. garlic clove, minced
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. celery
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram

Mix all together and bake 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees. Mixture freezes beautifully.
