TURKEY MEAT LOAF RING 
14 oz. ground turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
18 saltine crackers, crumbled
1/4 c. uncooked oatmeal
3 tbsp. oat bran
1 c. green peas
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1/3 c. corn
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. each salt and pepper
6 oz. (3/4 c.) tomato sauce
2 c. steamed cauliflower or broccoli

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl thoroughly mix all ingredients (except steamed vegetables). Turn into ring pan or 9 x 5 inch loaf pan that has been coated with non-stick spray. Bake 50-60 minutes, let stand 15 minutes. Unmold onto serving platter and garnish with steamed vegetables.

Only 185 calories. Makes 8 servings. 1 bread - 2 meats - 1 vegetable - 0 fat.
