2 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork
1/4 c. minced onion
1/2 c. prepared horseradish
1 tsp. prepared mustard
2 eggs, beaten
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. tomato catsup

Combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Pour catsup into bottom of greased mold. Fill mold with meat mixture and bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, for 1 hour. Unmold and fill center with canned mushrooms which have been sauteed in butter.
