COMPANY MEAT LOAF 
2 lbs. ground beef (lean)
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. Carnation milk (sm. can)
1 c. bread crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Put ground beef in mixing bowl. Salt and pepper beef. Add beaten eggs, milk, and bread crumbs. Mix with hands and shape into loaf. Put loaf into large Pyrex dish (slightly greased).

SAUCE:

1 can tomatoes, mash up tomatoes slightly
1 stick butter
1/2 can Carnation milk (sm. can)
3/4 can tomato soup
1 onion, sliced
1/3 c. bell pepper

Saute onion and bell pepper in melted butter. Add can of tomatoes, tomato soup, and milk. Heat well. Pour over meat loaf. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes, uncovered.
