ARTICHOKE PIE 
1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. diced pepperoni
1 c. diced Mozzarella
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. grated Romano cheese
1 (9 inch) frozen pie crust

Defrost pie crust. Pat dry artichokes and cut in half. Blend artichokes with eggs, pepperoni, Mozzarella, salt and pepper and Romano cheese. Place in pie crust. Bake 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
