PEACHY BARBECUED RIBS 
3 lb. country style ribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 can cling peaches in halves
1 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. minced onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange meat in shallow pan with meaty side up. Sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Drain peaches reserving liquid.

In saucepan mix together 1 cup reserved peach juice, catsup, Worcestershire sauce, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt and pepper.

Heat to boiling; pour over ribs. Bake about 1 1/2 hours or until fork tender, turning once. Arrange ribs around peaches and bake 5 minutes more basting with sauce.
