PEACHY BARBEQUED RIBS 
3 lbs. spareribs, cut into serving size pieces
1 tsp. salt
1 (No. 2 1/2) can cling peach halves
1 c. ketchup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. instant minced onion or 1/4 c. minced fresh onion
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Start heating oven to 375 degrees. In shallow roasting pan, arrange ribs, meaty side up, sprinkle with 1 teaspoon salt. Drain peaches, reserving syrup.

In saucepan, blend 1 cup reserved syrup with ketchup, Worcestershire, onion, flour, mustard, cloves, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, pour over ribs. Bake 1 1/2 hours or until tender, turning once. Around ribs, arrange peaches, bake about 5 minutes, basting with sauce. Makes 4-6 servings.
