GARLIC SPARE RIBS 
4 lbs. spare ribs or pork roast - whole or cut into mouth size pieces
2 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
6 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. flour
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over ribs. Simmer covered 1 hour or until tender. This may also be used for beef.
