BROWNIES 
1 c. real butter
1/2 c. cocoa
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 lg. eggs
1 c. white flour
1 c. walnuts, chopped

In a medium saucepan, melt butter and cocoa together. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Beat eggs in, one at a time. Stir in flour and walnuts. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour batter into a well-buttered 9x13 inch pan. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

FROSTING:

2 cubes butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 box powdered sugar
1 square unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp. vanilla
1 to 2 tbsp. milk

Beat together until smooth and spread.
