BROWNIES BROWNIES 
2 sticks butter
4 whole lg. eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 c. white sugar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. vanilla

FROSTING:

1 c. white sugar
4 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 stick butter, melted
Powdered sugar

Cream together sugar and butter. Add eggs. Add flour sifted with cocoa. Add vanilla and chopped nuts. Put in a greased and floured pan (10 x 15 inches). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let brownies remain in pan until frosted.

FROSTING: Stir all ingredients together in saucepan and cook on medium heat. Bring to a full boil and allow 3 minutes from boil. Remove and cool slightly. While beating with an electric mixer, add powdered sugar until proper consistency. Frost and cut brownies.
