PEPPER STEAK 
1 lb. flank steak
4-6 green peppers, sliced
4 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. sesame oil
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Pinch garlic powder
Pinch ginger
1 tbsp. red hot sauce
Cornstarch
1/4 c. oil
2 lg. onions, sliced
Garlic

1. Marinate meat (sliced thin, must use flank steak for best results) in soy sauce, sesame oil, oyster sauce, garlic powder and red hot sauce and ginger.

2. Coat meat with cornstarch (lightly).

3. Heat a 1/4 cup of oil and cook garlic and onions with meat. Cook meat until 80% done.

4. Remove meat. Add 1 cup of water and peppers. Cook to a boil.

5. Add cornstarch and water and cook to a boil and stir in meat.
