BEEF ROULADEN 
4 breakfast steaks (thin)
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Yellow mustard
4 bacon slices (uncooked, chopped)
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 dill pickle (whole, cut in 4, lengthwise)

Salt and pepper steak. Spread with yellow mustard. Top with chopped bacon, onion and dill pickle. Roll; fasten with toothpicks. Brown in frying pan with a little shortening. Cover and simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Add water as needed. Use pan drippings for gravy.
