LEMON POPPY SEED CAKE | |
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix 1 1/3 c. water 2 eggs 3 tbsp. poppy seeds GLAZE: 1 c. powdered sugar 3-4 tsp. lemon juice 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour 12 cup Bundt pan. 2. For Cake: Empty mix into large bowl. Add water, eggs and poppy seeds. Mix. Bake and cool following package directions. 3. For Glaze: Combine sugar and lemon juice. Stir until well blended. Drizzle over top of cake. 16 servings. |
