CHOCOLATE ORANGE TRUFFLES 
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. cocoa
1 can (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
Confectioner's sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 to 3 tbsp. orange liqueur

Over low heat, melt butter in heavy sauce pan. Add cocoa and stir until smooth. Blend in milk and stir constantly until mixture is thick and smooth, about 4 or 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and orange liqueur. Chill for 4 hours or overnight. Shape into balls and roll in confectioner's sugar. Chill until firm for about 2 hours. Store covered in refrigerator.
