MOCK CRAB HOT DIP 
1 can artichoke hearts
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Garlic salt to taste (optional)

Drain artichokes and mash. Place in ovenproof dish and add rest of ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees about 30 minutes.
