CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
6 eggs
1 1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. Nabisco chocolate wafers

Melt chips in double boiler until fully melted. Separate eggs. Blend egg yolks into melted chips. Whip egg whites until peaks form. Mix chip mixture into egg whites, stir well. Whip heavy cream (but leave a little out for the top of the pit).

Put wafers on bottom of spring pan and along the sides. Blend both mixtures together then pour into pan. Chill overnight. Before serving whip remaining heavy cream and put on top. Crumble a couple of wafers and sprinkle on top of pie.
