CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
1 (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
2 tbsp. Kahlua
1 tbsp. orange juice
2 egg yolks
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 c. sugar
1 c. heavy cream

Melt chocolate in the Kahlua and orange juice over low heat; set aside. Put egg yolks and eggs in blender and vanilla and sugar. Blend for 2 minutes at high speed. Add the heavy cream and blend for another 30 seconds. Add the melted chocolate mixture and blend until smooth. Pour into a bowl or small individual cups. Refrigerate.
