CRAB CASSEROLE 
6 oz. fresh or frozen crab meat
1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 c. butter
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. flour
1/8-1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. half & half
1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Butter a small casserole bowl. Cook broccoli, but not until well done. Drain broccoli and place in bottom of casserole bowl. Sprinkle with grated cheese.

Saute onions and 1/4 cup butter. Add flour, curry, salt, milk and lemon juice to make white sauce. Add crab meat to white sauce. Pour over broccoli and cheese. Mix bread crumbs with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered, in 350 degree oven.
