BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 c.sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1 tsp. salt, optional
2 eggs
2 tsp. coffee, dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients. Beat for 2 minutes. Batter will be thin. Pour into greased and waxed lined pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Check for doneness. Cooking times may vary.

To make sour milk: Use 1 tablespoon vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup. Let stand until thickened, 5 minutes.
