BLACK MAGIC CAKE 
1 3/4 c. unsifted flour
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. strong coffee
1 c. buttermilk or sour milk
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine dry ingredients in large mixer bowl. Add remaining ingredients, beat at medium speed 2 minutes (batter will be thin). Pour into a greased and floured 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely; frost. Sour Milk: use 1 tablespoon vinegar plus milk to equal 1 cup.
