CHILI 
2 lb. Italian sausage meat
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can beer
2 cans chili beans
20 oz. can tomato sauce
1 lg. can crushed tomatoes
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 jalapeno peppers; optional
2 c. elbow macaroni

Saute meat, onion, and garlic in 1 tablespoon oil. Add remaining ingredients, except macaroni. Let simmer for 45 minutes or more. Cook elbows; drain. Add to chili and stir. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
