FRIDAY NIGHT CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained & chopped
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. oregano
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper

Cook ground beef, garlic and onion until beef is browned. Drain well. Add rest of ingredients and simmer uncovered for 1 hour or cook ground beef, garlic and onion until beef is browned. Refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, put prepared ground beef mixture in crock pot with rest of ingredients. Stir well. Cook all day on low.
