FRIDAY NIGHT CHILI 
2 lbs. ground beef
2 lg. onions, chopped
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans, undrained
2 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, undrained & chopped
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tbsp. chili powder
2 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. dried whole oregano
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
Hot sauce to taste

Brown ground beef and onions and drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour uncovered, stirring occasionally. Can be served with green onions, shredded cheese and corn chips.
