FRIDAY LASAGNE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lasagne noodles
1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. Lawry's spaghetti sauce mix
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 beaten egg
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
1 tsp. salt
Dash oregano & parsley flakes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
3/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook noodles according to directions.

Make sauce with tomato sauce.

Combine thawed spinach with beaten egg, cottage cheese, salt, oregano, parsley flakes and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Alternate layers; 1/3 noodles, 1/2 cottage cheese and 1/2 tomato. Repeat ending with noodles on top with sauce.

Top with mozzarella cheese and sprinkle on a little parsley flakes.

Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
