MARY BETH'S SOUPER GOULASH 
2 cans tomato soup
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 lb. elbow macaroni
Garlic, etc. to taste
Cheddar cheese, grated (optional)
1 sm. onion, chopped fine

Fry hamburger together with onion, green pepper and spices until blended. Cook elbows and drain. Add soup to hamburger mixture and saute 10 minutes on low. Add elbows and simmer 10 minutes.

May add grated Cheddar cheese last.
