YANKEE DOODLE GOULASH 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can water
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 c. bread crumbs, buttered
1 1/2 c. elbow macaroni, cooked 5 minutes
1 can tomatoes
1 green bell pepper, diced
1/4 tsp. black pepper

Mix all ingredients together except bread crumbs and put into casserole dish. Cover with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
