JOHNNY MOZETTI GOULASH 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 bag wide noodles
1 lg. jar mushrooms
1 can tomato soup
1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
3 (28 oz.) cans crushed tomatoes
3 stalks celery (diced)
1 med. bell pepper (diced)
1 med. onion (diced)

Brown ground beef (salt and pepper as desired). Prepare noodles as directed on package. Saute celery, peppers and onions in butter (in microwave). Heat tomatoes and soup in large pot.

Combine ground beef, noodles and mushrooms with tomatoes; mix well. Add celery, peppers and onions. Let simmer on low.

Pour desired amount into casserole dish. Spread Mozzarella cheese on top. Bake until cheese melts and bubbly, 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes. (Makes about 4 quarts.)

For big cheese lovers - You may want to put a layer of cheese in the middle of casserole.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
