MEATBALLS AND GRAVY 
6-8 crackers (Ritz)
1 onion, chopped
1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
2 -2 1/2 tbsp. flour
2 1/2 to 3 c. water
1 egg
Shortening

GRAVY:

1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Wine, to taste
Onion slices
Morton's Season Salt
Garlic
Pepper
2 - 2 1/2 tbsp. flour

Crush crackers. Add enough milk to barely cover. Let stand a few minutes. Add chopped onion, meat, egg, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into balls. Roll in flour and brown in small amount of shortening.

Gravy: Take meatballs out and leave 2 to 2 1/2 tablespoons of grease. Add flour and slice onions. Add seasonings, salt and pepper. After gravy thickens, add wine (if desired) enough to taste and the meatballs. Simmer 30 minutes. Serve on top of mashed potatoes.
