NORWEGIAN MEATBALLS & GRAVY 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 cans beef broth
2 soup cans water

GRAVY:

1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. Heinz 57 Sauce

Strain the broth and thicken with 1 cup milk and flour. Season with 2 tablespoons Heinz 57 Sauce. Pour over the meatballs.

Mix ingredients and form into 1 1/2 inch balls. Brown in 1/4 cup oil. Set aside. Saute 1 cup chopped onion in the same pan as used for meatballs. Combine onions with 2 cans beef broth and 2 cans water. Bring to a boil and add the meatballs. Simmer for 20 minutes; remove the meat from pan, leaving the broth.
