MEATBALLS IN GRAVY 
2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Wyler's onion soup mix

Mix 1/4 cup flour with meat, salt, and pepper. Form into balls (size of walnuts) and roll in extra flour until well coated. Brown in small amount of shortening, turning occasionally to brown on all sides. Place browned ball in deep baking dish. Add 1/4 cup flour to small amount of drippings in fry pan and brown. Sprinkle brown flour over meatballs. Onion soup mix is added now if desired. Cover meatballs completely with boiling water and bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 375 degrees.
