PORK CHOP WITH MUSHROOM
CASSEROLE
 
1 onion, chopped
2 tbsp. washed rice
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. mustard powder
Salt and pepper
1 can tomatoes and 1/4 pt. water
1 can mushroom pieces
4-6 pork chops

Place all ingredients in casserole. Bake 1 1/2 hour at 350 degrees, stirring once or twice in the first half of cooking time.
