PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 lean pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
3 c. herb seasoned stuffing mix

Trim fat from pork chops. Sprinkle one side with salt. Place chops salted side down in ungreased baking dish 13 x 8 x 2 inches. Add water. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package except use 3 cups mix, 1 cup water and 1/2 cup butter-butter. Spoon stuffing onto pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes more. Serve with gravy.
