PORK CHOP BAKE 
6 lean pork chops
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. water
3 c. herbed stuffing mix
1 c. water
1/3 c. melted butter
1 pkg. gravy mix (Rich Brown Gravy)

Trim fat from chops. Sprinkle 1 side with salt. Place chops, salt side down, into an ungreased baking dish. Add 2 tablespoons water.

Prepare stuffing by mix with water and melted butter. Spoon stuffing onto each chop. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Then 15 minutes uncovered. Prepare Rich Brown Gravy according to package directions.
