MINNESOTA WILD RICE 
1 c. wild rice (rinse very well, but do not pre-cook)
3 c. liquid (2 c. water and 1 c. chicken bouillon)

1 large onion
8 slices bacon
Celery
Green pepper
Mushrooms

Brown all above.

In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine all together. Bake 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. (1st hour covered, then 1/2 hour uncovered).
