BARB-QUE BEEF AND PORK 
4 lbs. beef roast
4 lbs. pork roast
3 med. onions, chopped
1 whole bunch celery, chopped
32 oz. bottle ketchup

Put meat in a roaster pan. Season with salt, pepper, seasoning salt and garlic. Cover with onions and celery. Cook at 275 degrees for 10 hours. After roasts are cooled and grease removed, shred meat. Add ketchup. Return to oven to heat through. This freezes nicely.
