CHICKEN BACON RICE CASSEROLE | |
6 slices bacon 1 c. rice, uncooked, not instant 4 chicken breasts Salt and pepper 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 2/3 c. water 1 tsp. oregano 1 tsp. parsley flakes 1/2 tsp. garlic salt Line a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with bacon slices. Cover with rice. Season chicken breast with salt and pepper and arrange over rice. Combine soup and water and pour over rice. Sprinkle with seasonings. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees. |
