CHOP SUEY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. chopped celery
3 tbsp. minced onion
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked converted rice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can chicken with rice soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and slices, drained
1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. butter

Cook and stir ground beef, celery, and onion in 10 inch skillet until beef is brown; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients.
