ECONOMY CASSEROLE 
2 lb. ground chuck
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. onion, chopped
1 pkg. thawed peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. warm water
1/2 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. soy sauce
salt and pepper to taste

Brown ground chuck, celery and onion; drain. Add all other ingredients.

Bake covered at 350°F for 30 minutes. Spread 2/3 can (large) Chinese noodles on top and bake 15 minutes more.
