CHESS APRICOT PIE 
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/4 lb. butter, melted (not hot)

Mix together and pour on top of cooked sweetened mashed dried apricots in bottom of unbaked pie shell. Bake in 325 degree oven until done. One package of apricots makes 2 pies.
